HOW WE SHIP

We do our best to maintain the quality of our product before it reaches our customer's hands. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days after being processed. Please be aware of the time of delivery so as to avoid leaving the chocolate out in the heat for too long, especially in the warmer months.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Please provide a United States street address, as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Be sure to include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery, and that someone is home to receive the order. Aurora Grace is not responsible for shipments which are undeliverable on the first attempt by the shipping company and deliveries made to unoccupied addresses and which are left outside at the discretion of the delivery driver.

We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process your order. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. Aurora Grace is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses and/or recipients.

Aurora Grace is not responsible for errors on the part of UPS; damages to the shipment, including melting, once UPS takes possession of the package, UPS delays due to weather, mechanical failures, or other factors beyond their control. 

We will not pay for re-shipping costs due to any of the instances mentioned above.

SHIPPING FOR WARMER WEATHER

Chocolate is very sensitive to heat and is prone to melting and coming out of "temper" during periods of temperature fluctuation. Chocolate is best kept at an ambient temperature of 65 degrees F in dry, dark conditions. We ship using cold packs and insulating material to ensure freshness in warmer months. Our flat rate shipping costs cover the expenses associated with the use of the additional packing materials.

Delivery companies often leave packages shipped to a residential address outside and exposed to the heat. Aurora Grace is unable to provide a refund for melted products shipped to a residential address.

Please verify the accuracy of the shipping address and make sure the recipient will be available to receive the shipment before placing an order. Aurora Grace is unable to provide a refund for melted product if your package is undeliverable on the first attempt at the address provided.
